Located on the second floor (with no elevator) of a building in the street Rua Nova da Trindade, it’s definitely in the hub of it all! Shopping areas, nightlife, restaurants and cultural places are in walking distance.
Covering an area of 80 square meters, this accommodation in Lisbon has gorgeous decoration, which combined with its access of natural light, creates a pretty relaxing atmosphere. You will notice that every decoration detail has been designed to make the apartment truly cozy, since the owner of the property is a painter. Its wooden floors and colorful pictures give it a touch of style. The living room is spacious; it is the perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. It is equipped with a comfortable double sofa- bed, some armchairs, a coffee table, satellite TV and a CD/DVD player. The dining area has a table that seats four people.
The cozy bedroom has a double bed (160 cm wide). Night tables, lamps, a closet, bed clothes and towels are included.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and modern domestic appliances to cook your meals at home, such as a refrigerator, a toaster, a microwave, an electric oven, a gas stove, a dish washer and a coffee maker.
The bathroom is fully equipped with a bathtub with shower, a toilet and a sink.
